Silvia was one of five makers selected from across the whole of the contemporary applied arts sector to take part in the prestigious Jerwood Open 2012, an exhibition which traveled around Britain. She developed specific works for the show, investigating new ways of using 3d printing in combination with traditional techniques to create her collection ‘Fractal Inventions’.
